Installing Overland Tape Backup on Proliant ML370

Can someone suggest a suitable wide Ultra2 SCSI controller for use with a Compaq ML370? We are trying to install an Overland LXL8110 DLT backup system on a Compaq ML370 server running Win 2K Server SP4. Overland tech recommends using a PCI card dedicated for the DLT.

Hi

Recomended should be check for Overland LXL8110 DLT backup compatible card from the same vendor then look for pci information that match for the proliant we have. where for hp dlt HP recomended the following kit :

C7474A ( Ultra 3 HBA (Adaptec 29160LP) + Internal LVD/SE cable + Ext 1m LVD/SE cable 68-pin VHDCI to 68-pin HD )

So look for options what we have.
