Installing problems with W NT SERVER 4.0...

I'm trying to install WINDOWS NT Server 4.0 on my machine, but I could not make partitions on my 18 GB hard disk. I have SmartStart and SupportSoftware Release 4.23 and Management Release 4.23, but in whole installation process i couldn't find any information where an d how i can make a partition on my hard disk. What I have to do ? Thanks.
