Installing SATA RAID driver on ML110 using USB memory

Hello all,

I am trying t0 find out how I can use a USB flash memory instead of a floppy drive to install the SATA RAID driver on ML110 G2 while installing Windows 2003 Server. How can I set up the BIOS or the flash memory to present it as a floppy disk drive? Is it possible at all?

Any help will be appreciated.

With best regards,

This would be dependant on a BIOS which supports assigning drive letter A to the USB key. This server doesn't support this. I'm not aware of any way to do this with this machine.

How about copying the USB data onto a CD-R ?

There is currently no Windows OS which will allow you to specify the driver from anywhere else except for either the floppy or on the Windows cd itself.
