Installing Windows on HPE DL380 Gen9 Stuck on Windows Loading

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to install Microsoft OS on HPE DL380 G9, I've  done the slipstreaming method for my existing ISO. However It's still stuck on boot Loading. Below are the things I've done.

Step 1: I change the bot method from UEFI to BIOS

Step 2: Created an Disk Array (Raid 1)

Step 3: I Chose the boot option on my bootable usb.

Step 1: I Download the cumulative update HERE!!

Step 2: From my ISO I extracted my Install.wim file and remove read-only permission.

Step 3: Created a folder on my C drive to do the DISM 

Step 4: I've done the following command

dism /mount-image /imagefile:<path_to_image_file>\sources\install.wim /index:1 /mountdir:<target_mount_directory>\offline

dism /image:<target_mount_directory>\offline /add-package /packagepath:<path to the update>\Windows10.0-KB4056892-x64.msi

dism /unmount-image /mountdir:<target_mount_directory>\offline /commit

Step 5: I copied Install.wim back to the ISO.

Step 6: I've made a bootable flash disk using Rufus.

Step 7: I've done the installation and there is the windows stuck on the boot loding. 

Step 8: I've tried the ISO on VM and it's working well.
