Installing Windows Small Business Server 2008 on ML370T03 ProLiant Server

We have a used server that has been sitting on a shelf since 2008. The server already has Windows Server 2003 installed, but we want to install Small Business Server 2008.

Can the following server run Windows Small Business Server 2008:
Serial number EA1NLYK522
Product number 339317-001
Product line CPQ SYSTEMS - BSY
Product description ML370T03 X3.06/533 1GB SA642 US

I looked at several documents including Implementing Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 on HP servers, but cannot determine if Windows Small Business Server 2008 can be installed. In addition to Hyper V suppport.

Has anyone successfully installed Small Business Server 2008 with Hyper V on a ML370T03 ProLiant Server.
