intel VT CPU upgrade for DL 320 G3

Hey Everyone, I have a P4 DL 320 G3 but it does not support VT-x for running virtual environments.
Can I change the CPU to another Socket 775 cpu which does support VT. Such as the Celeron E3300

Hi,

I think DL320 G3 will not support VT because it supports Intel Celeron D Processor 340J 2.93 GHz/533MHz FSB 256KB Level 2 Cache.

Where as Intel® Celeron® Processor E3300 is 1M Cache, 2.50 GHz, 800 MHz FSB

I'm afraid VT must be supported by the system ROM as well (BIOS).

I would not have much faith on that Celeron doing the trick :(
