We have a DL380 Gen10. I updated iLo 5 to latest version to see if it would resolve this issue. Intelligent Provisioning not loading Smart storage administrator and says: "unable to connect" firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:5008

I am trying to create Raid 1+0 with 8 new drives. I never get to the provisioning window/page

Bios U30 v3.00 10/19/2023
iLo 5 was updated with this command: 

ran ilorest.exe as administrator
flashfwpkg ilo5_300.fwpkg --url 192.168.50.118 -u administrator -p mypass
It updated successfully

Hello,

Since you are unable to access Intelligent Provisioning, try booting with with the SPP and accessing SSA that way.
