intelligent provisioning not working
Server: Proliant ML350 Gen10
i want to reconfigure my crashed server, i created array and configured Raid 5. now i want to install OS through Intelligent provisioning. but when i press F10 nothing will happen. i am attaching image for better understanding.

You may download and install the "Intelligent Provisioning Recovery Media for Gen10 and Gen10 Plus" and see if Intelligent Provisioning works.

You can try IP recovery. If that does not work then you can try performing a BIOS factory manufacturing defaults. If that also does not work then it is possible that the IP chip may be at fault here and would require replacement of systemboard as the IP chip is embedded on the systemboard. However if OS installation is the concern then you can try manual installation by mounting the OS on the ILO virtual mount option and boot the server from it. If it is windows then it will ask to inject the controller driver. But that should work and regarding drivers and firmware then that can be performed after the OS installation is completed.
