Intelligent Provisioning - Rapid Setup

Hello,

I've a problem with my HPE DL360 G10 and the rapid setup from Intelligent Provisionning...

When preparing configuration with RSS in rapid setup, i've an error message :

"Rapid Setup did not find any supported disk on this system...(see attachment).

Thanks for suggestions.

Re: Intelligent Provisioning - Rapid Setup

Hi,

If you attempt to deploy an OS on a server with no installed drives, it will show up an error message stating Rapid Setup did not find any supported disk installed on this system, and the user will not be able to proceed.

Please check if the disks are installed and available for configuration.
See if this video helps you.

Thank You!

Re: Intelligent Provisioning - Rapid Setup

Hi,

For your information, I contacted HPE about this and here is the response :

" During the initial provisioning of the server, you must configure the MR controller using the configuration utility in UEFI System Utilities as the controller is not supposed to be visible in SSA (Smart Storage Administrator) / Intelligent Provisioning by design. "
