Intend to install SBS 2008

I see a couple of posts regarding problems installing and coupled with the notice about using the Easy setup CD with RAID. I have just put in two SATA drives to be RAID 1 but I am going to install the OS on the supplied drive (160GByte) and use the RAID for OS and other data.

I have not switched to server on yet. What's the best way to commission and update any drivers before I install the new OS? Use the Easy setup CD or not?
