Internal Health LED

Hi, everyone
I have a problem with one of my server (HP Ptoliant ML350 it have a Internal Health LED in Amber.

Go to the system manager homepage and find the reason.

The system manager said the Bank Memeory #5, i wil chnage the memory and look what is happen,
