IP KVM 1×1×16 IP Console Switch/viewer color depth

Hi, i have installed last version of IP Console viewer (3.0.0.20) and last firmware (3.0.13.0), when i connect to a server by "KVM video session viewer" i see the server desktop like 256 (or less) color depth, the color option in session viewer menù is disabled (greyed), it's normal?there is something wrong in my config?
