IP KVM 2x1x16 web connect not working

I have a HP 2x1x16 IP KVM that will not let me connect via web. i get the error

I have tried going into internet option and unchecking the certificate verification and no luck. I also enabled the legacy option in edge, still no luck

I assume the Switch is very old and uses an unsupported, outdated Version of TLS.
Try a Portable Version of an old Browser Version (eg, Firefox) that supports TLS 1.0 and 1.1.

I figured out a way to access via web. Now I can't login. I am connected via serial port and did a full reset but still no luck. I keep getting bad user name or password.
