Is LFF drive on DL380 G10 SFF server possible?
Hi
I'm using DL380 Gen10 SFF and planning to install my existing 3.5' HDD.
However both MID-Plane 4LFF and 3LFF rear drive cage are not supported on SFF chassis, due to following "Option Parts" list.
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-a00019685en_us&docLocale=en_US
Any option available for me?

Re: Is LFF drive on DL380 G10 SFF server possible?
Hi,
As per the partsurfer link, I do see that the LFF drive backplane is supported on the SFF chassis : https://partsurfer.hpe.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=875081-001 (Please expand the option to see the list of supported servers)
As per the server quickspecs (Pg 47), 3 LFF rear drives will consume the 2nd riser expansion slot : https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getdocument.aspx?docname=a00008180enw
Hence this will undergo a few configuration changes that needs to be looked into.
You may contact your reseller for further information.
Thanks and Regards,
