issue proliant ml 115 array controller

one of our client buy a new hp proliant ml 115 g5 this server came with nvdia array controller. i all ready install de op system but the hard drive access is very poor, sometimes when the users write in the hard drive i can open any other programs. has RAID5 config.

Unfortunately the software-RAID systems like this do have simply very poor performance. Also if a RAID-5 volume has less than 4 drives, writes will 'stall' the array as they consume all three drives to complete.

I would consider using an E200 with the optional BBWC module instead and preferably run the server with a 4-drive RAID-10 configuration.
