Hi...

   I have  HP 2x1x16 IP 16 Port KVM Console Switch , After connectiting the Devices to Switch . The switch port 16 port is not coneaction evern no light of port . I try to download update firemware not found .

Hi,

If you know the switch model or part number, try searching for firmware using that, here is an example.
If a port is not connecting or no lights, I would suggest to test the network cables.
Or the port itself could be faulty.

But Itry many Cable and all Ports still not working . Regarding Firmware I not found becuase it is old Model

As I read for this probelm I must upgrade firmware .

Please provide the Model number of the switch. The one provided you is spare part number.

As per the assy part number supplied, 408965-001, the model should be AF601A.
