LAN and HP Teaming software fails after install update rollup 9 for exchange server 2007 SP3

Hello, first of all apologize formy limited English.

I have a HP ML350 G6 serverwith Windows SBS 2008, installUpdate Rollup 9 for Exchange Server SP3,after installing the update the network stopped working, the icon showing network activity had a red cross. The HP network utility thatgathers network cards no longer recognizedthe teaming of my two cards.

I rebooted to try to solve it, but not resolved, I had toremove the tool from HPteaming networks and since then I have only onenetwork card working, but now the DHCPserver fails, the event viewer indicates noactivity was detected no card network and elsewhere indicates that the network protocolTCP / IP is not defined,but if the network card is up and running.

Because of this situation, I can not add clients to the domain using the "connectcomputer".

I've tried uninstalling the update rollup9 but can not be uninstalled

What happened?, Why this updateaffect my network?, I can do?can you help me please? Thanks ...
