Lan speed random drops on HPE ML350 and HPE Ethernet 1Gb 4 port 369i Adapter

Hi at all
I have a ProLiant ML350 Gen10 with 64 GB Ram and Windows server 2019 (upgraded from 2016, but the issue is older)

HPE Ethernet 1Gb 4 port 369i Adapter

the adapters are grouped with Microsoft Network Adapter Multiplexor and connected to 1Gb HPE switch (I have tried to change with different model)
Sometime the network speed decrease up to less then 10mbps.
I initially blamed the slowness of the drives (not SSD and software RAID), but the problem also occurs when storage is not affected (for example internet speed test)

All other pc of the network don't show any issue

I have already tried to disable antivirus and other services, upgrade firmware and driver and check from HP Support Assistant

I have no idea if there is an hardware issue or limitation of the old machine...

Thanks

Davide

Hello,

We would Suggest you :

1. De-Group the adapters and check the speed on single adapter.
2. please check this document : https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=emr_na-a00038759en_us
3. What are the Current Firmware and Driver installed , please share versions.
