Logical drive corruption on ML 350 G5 sever
There was a power outage and after power was restored the following happened on the Proliant ML350 G5 Server.
There are 4 X 300 GB HDD’s on the Server with two logical drives (raid 1+0),the server can not boot again saying a logical drive is disabled and has caused a data loss. Also, window file is missing and has to be re-installed.
How do i resolve this issue and prevent future occurence?
Thanks.

Re: Logical drive corruption on ML 350 G5 sever
One of the first steps you should do is to check which of your HD were marked as failed; this can be verified in the ACU contained into the Smart Start CD, as a matter of fact, you could add a hot spare for the failed drive (in case your array controller supports it) or create your array again.

I have confirmed the status of the HDDs and they are all ok.
