Logical Drive Extension
Hi,
I have a blade server running Windows 2003 server on it. I need to extend the logical drive because of hard disk upgrade. But the problem is that Win2003 is running without Service Pack 1 which is requirement by a specific software running on it. I know that win2000 server requires at least Service Pack 3 to perform logical drive extension. So will i be able to extend the logical drive on my server after hard disk upgrade.

Re: Logical Drive Extension
Dont think there is an issue, have a look at this...
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;325590
My experience is that if the partition was originally a basic disk and then converted to Dynamic, then you will not be able to extend anyway.
