Looking for upgrade wizard

I am looking for an upgrade guide or wizard on HP's website. I have a DL380 G3 and DL380 G4 that need to have their memory and hard drives upgraded. I need to know what the maximum memory, type of memory, maximum size of hard drives, maximum rpm speed of hard drives, etc. for these servers.
Anybody know of a good source to find this out? Thank you!
