malfunction NMI: parity check / memory parity error => Proliant 1600

Compaq Proliant 1600 P08

problems with graphic card Geforce-2
if i try to start windows media player or some programs the bluescreen error malfunction NMI: parity check / memory parity error system was halted occure. What can I do to stop this because one year this error doesn't occure.

Check the integrated management log. If there is a bad memory module there should be some additional info.
