Maximum network speed of DL360 g9

We want to buy a dl360 g9 server with following specs:
CPU: E5-2640 v3 x 2
RAM: 6 x 16GB DDR4
Network Card: 2 x HP NC523SFP
HDD: HP 6GB SSD x 4
Raid controller: P440ar
How much practical upload speed can we get on network cards output? Can we have about 35 Gbps for 4 active sfp ports? Is there a bottleneck limiting the speed in motherboard or raid controller or ... ?

Upon reviewing your server specs, everthing is fine except the Network adapter.

HP NC523SFP 10Gb 2-port Server Adapter is not supported in Gen9 Server. Below is the HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen9 Server Optional Parts weblink for your reference.
