Mcaffe HIPS (Host Intrusion Prevention) Issue on Proliant DL360 G6
This is just to inform that there is an issue when you install Mcaffe HIPS, this tool installs a component at embedded NIC's that after installation gives an BSOD (blue screen), when system trying to connect to network with the following message: Hardware Malfunction Call your hardware vendor for support. The only way to access system is to start it with System Symbol with Network Conectivity, but it doesn't fix the problem.
You need to reinstall all the system without this component, because you can't de-install it, i don't know if there is any other issue with another Security product but there is a similar advisory with Kaspersky involved.
It can affect another Proliant G6 servers.
