Memory Present/unused 10Gen Server

Dear all, 

I've HPE server 10Gen 360. I've 4x16GB RAM, one of them showing "present/unused" when accessing from iLO. any idea what is missing?

troubleshooting: swapped memory locations. but problem still exist.

If this problem is not common, let me know if I need to open a case with HP support,

Hi aaqeel,

Make sure your ILO is up to date and your Bios as well. If you need to update it, do so and check again.

thanks Moses, 

it's working now. I kept swapping the memory rams on different slots until it worked. I needed to check the solt map first. my fault
