Memory upgrade to 8 GB for ML 350 G3.

In my institution we have ML 350 G3 server with 1 GB memory ( 2x 512 GB).
Specifications for memory as mentioned in the documentation of the server is 266 MHz DDR SDRAMK Registered ECC.
We want to upgrade the memory to 8GB.
Please let me know which memory module /modules will be required. After searching the internet I could get the part no 300702-001, whether this is correct? Also let me know about pricing and availability?
