Migrate from Novell to Windows -HP Prolain ML370

Dear All,

I recently joined an organisation that has Novell Netware 6 installed on a HP Prolain ML370 machine.

I personally am not an expert in Novell, however the organisation would like to me to get rid on novell and install Windows Server onto this machine.

Can you kindly advise how should I go about doing this?

That's a pretty big, open-ended questions. It all depends on the services the NetWare servers are providing.
