Missing FDD

When I disable booting from FDD then I don't see FDD under operating system. I tried disable booting from FDD and then run SmartStart and I can't use profile diskette, because I can't access FDD. This means the problem is not depending on operating system. I use newest BIOS from web. This problem is on all 25 servers.
