ML 110 SATA & Netware 6.5
I recently installed a 2.4 HP ML110 G3 2GB mem w/(2)80GB HD on raid 1.
The CNE I hired could not get the HP provided AARICH.ham driver to load. I found a suggestion to use the ADPAHCI.ham from adaptec (I think ). I set the raid on in the BOIS and installed Nw6.5 SP5 w/o problems
But, I immediatly noticed the server was extremely slow. I created a program to test the I/o and found it to be preforming at 50% of the current server, which is also 2.4, 2gb memory.
Have I messed up the RAID array or something? Wrong driver?
I could a little help here. The only thing I know to do is to blow all the hard work away asd start over.
Regards,
PeterH
