ML 150 G3:BSOD screen appear during work

I have two ML150 G3 server, locaited in different buildings, and there is a some trouble. I use servers for program GO1984 to record video streams from ip cameras, and often BSOD screen appear during work with message

During the boot after fail, message "FAILURE occured during last power" (or some of that king), at the time of testing SmartArray E200.

In there is no error messages in system evet journal of W2003server.

I think that this error connected with Smart Array controller E200

I have installed last drivers for Controller (25/07/2007), but there is no effect.

Loading on disk's subsysstem is very high.
I use RAID 5 on 5 disk drives.

What can I do with this problem?
