Ml 350 gen8 fan noise

Hi,
 
I've a problem with 2 ml 350p GEN81 cpu (E5-2620)- 4 ram slots and redundant power supply.
 
UP latest SPP 2013.09
 
Fan starts get very noisy and never stops. 
Any configuration I've tried never changed the problem. 
System Information display 6% speed.
 
I'm in trouble

Hi,

Some times the fan spins at high speed when you install some third party add-on cards into the pci slots.

Some times high speed fan issue will be fixed by updating iLO firmware and BIOS update.

No third party add-on cards into the pci slots either HP card.

Only 1 CPU

4 Dimm RAM

2 Pow Sup

3 SAS Disks

SP for Ploliant 2013.09 installed.
