ML 350, int.NIC, VLAN, problem

I have a problem. On my Proliant ML 350 installed Windows 2003. I configure a few VLANs, but Integrated network card bad works with VLANs. Half of packets are lost. Some propagated to all.

By the way,
All my new Proliants (1 ML350 G3 and 2 ML 370 G3) has this problem.
