ML 370 G4, Win 2k8 x64 Network issue after login

I have a ml 370 G4 with server 2008 STD x64 + Exchange Full updated (HP and MS)

After a reboot i can access the server via network just fine (ping, unc access etc....)

But every time i logon it says NETWORK DISCONECTED in the lower right corner.... and takes up to 4 or 5 Minutes to actully update the NIC status...  Whit it updated i can still ping and access the server, the only thing is that if i plug in a usb drive it wont see it untill the network status is fully updated....

Any ideas... this is making me go crazy!!!!!!!
