whats the problem you ask help for?
power-supply failed or unplugged seems clear to me-> replace PSU or plug in power cable.
disk controller omtimization scan => wait until scan has completed, or accept reduced performance during the scan.

There is actually no problem at all this is a normal informational message which requires no user intervention. There is a parity initialization happening, so you just need to wait until its done. Your data is safe. Do not worry.
