ML110 G6: Onboard Raid or P212?

Hi,

my ML110 G6 with an P212 Zero Memory Raid Controller and 2 SATA2 HDs in Raid1 has only 60MB/s Read-Transfer, which is horrible...

Now im thinking about using the Onbard-"fake"-Raidcontroller B110i instead of the P212.

Does anybody know if this will result in better read-performance???
