ML110 Not Booting-Up

I've got a pretty new ML110 - about 2 months old. Last week I did a Windows update (Server 2003) and the machine needed to reboot. I rebooted it, but he machine never came back on-line. I see no activivity with the hard drive lights and no setup routine is visible on the monitor - just a no signal message. I'm hoping that the worst hasn't happened. Any suggestions?
