ML110 Raid Migration

I installed a ML110 G2 with Windows 2003 on the embedded SATA controller with a single disk.

Now i need to move the installation to the 6 Port SATA RAID.

Is i possible to move the OS disk to the SATA RAID controller .. boot up the system and migrate the RAID level of the disk ? Without reinstall or data destruction ?
