ML150 G2 Upgrade RAM problem
dear all,
does ML150 G2 support all 4 dimm x 512 Mb RAm configurations??
coz im having no display with beeps when i populated all 4 dimm slots with 512 Mb RAM...
but when i populated just 2 dimms slots... with any pairs of my dimms... its works fine...
P\N dimms are the same..
need help please,..

check this to check if you are following the rules about memory configuration

I suggest to boot with each single DIMM and see if POST shows 512MB RAM each time.

Hi,
sorry to dredge this up again....I am also encountering a similar problem with this server and upgrading the RAM for it.
I have the following installed:
1 x original hp 512MB single module
1 x crucial 512 MB single module
2 x crucial 512MB pair
why does the amount of memory still only display 1 GB?
