ML150 G3 - Add onboard sata drive, already existing pci raid controller

ML150 G3 - Add onboard sata drive, already existing pci raid controller

Want to add a couple of sata drives (no raid) to the embedded sata controller to add some additional storage drives.

I already have a E200 Controller installed with Raid 5 set up with the OS/partitions/data etc on it.

I plugged the new HDD in, it recognises the new drives on boot however it looks at the new drives as boot disks and gives the No Operating System Found message.

Is there a way to add these drives and get the system to still boot to the Raid 5 an see these new drives as slaves or something. There are no jumpers on the new sata drives for this.

Reboot server, press F10 to enter PhoenixBIOS, go to Boot Menu, expand Hard Drive and change the order.
Make sure you have the latest BIOS.
