ML150 G3 boot problems
I have a ML150 G3 1 GB ram 5120 Xeon 160GB SATA drive on embedded controller. I takes 2, 3 or more POST's before it will boot up. The fans go to high speed for a minute, slow down for 5 seconds then the CPU light flashes and they cycle again then it finally displays the
HP logo and goes on to boot. It has the latest bios update and I'm using Windows 2008 server.
I tried to add a second SATA drive, a 640 GB Western Digital Caviar black and it just keeps cycling through the POST and goes no further. I tried another WD 500 GB and same thing.
Any ideas?
