ML150 G3 Raid leds

When i boot the server, a blue led flashes on the sata controller (where the drives are on) but after that nothing happens.
How can i use the sata leds of each drive ?

It's an new server, but i heard yesterday evening that the embedded controller not the support offers for the raid/sata leds.

When i want the leds to work i have to buy an other controller.
