ML150 G9 - Additional USB devices not recognised
I have a ML150 G9 (and a DL320 G6 server) running Windows 10 Pro at the local Community Radio Station.
It has USB devices connected to it that work perfectly.
However, when I put an additional USB device in, it does not recognise it and says it failed recognition.
For instance, I have a Presonus Musicbox USB96 already on it and working just fine. If I plug another into it, it is not recognised.
Another instance - no USB drives are recognised - either USB Thumbdrives or external USB hard drives (SSD and HDD).
When the external bootable USB HDD is attached at bootup, it boots up fine. When booted from the internal drive, the same external HDD is not recognised.
Windows does not have a driver for "Base System Device" and "IPMI Interface" in Device Manager. Is this part of the problem ?
Is there a known cure for not recognising additional USB devices ?
Any assistance appreciated.

Re: ML150 G9 - Additional USB devices not recognised
Hello,
The driver available for USB is for Windows server Operating System. Click here for the driver.
As the base system drivers are also missing, you may want to install the "HPE ProLiant Gen9 Chipset Identifier for Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and Microsoft Windows Server 2019", and the "iLO 4 Channel Interface Driver for Windows". Click here for the drivers. Once again they are available only for Windows server operating systems.

Re: ML150 G9 - Additional USB devices not recognised
Hi,
The issue remains unsolved.
As you stated "Once again they are available only for Windows server operating systems.", and I do not have that.
As in my original post, I am running Windows 10.
If there is a way to get this driver to be loaded into Win 10, I would be very happy to do so.
Regards,
Chris M
