ML150 Virtualization
Does this mean that I'm able to run Hyper-V on my ML150 G2 and/or my ML350 G4?

that's not the compatible list
here it is

and none of those servers support Hyper-V

That link certainly implies that you could run a Hyper-V VM on the ML150 G2 (I didn't see the ML350 G4 specifically listed). However according to the following link, you cannot run it natively:
