ML150G5 wont POST

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a ML150 that won't POST. The server fans start for about 5 seconds then the server stops with an amber led on the front panel.  Using a Power Supply tester the -5v pin is dead.

 

My question is does the -5v pin need to be on for the server to run?
