ML30 Gen 10 Plus cant manage raid setup from Windows Server 2022

Hi,

Using my first ever HPE server and stuck managing the raid setup.

I configured a 4 disk sata ssd raid 10 array using f9 and choosing the Intel VROC software raid controller

Installed Windows ok, installed the service pack which installed Storage Manager.

But when i open it it says no controller found and doesnt list any of the 4 ssd's, just says no SSD's

Bios is using all the defaults apart from SATA mode from ACHI to Intel VROC.

Any suggestions please?

Please check that the BIOS mode is set to UEFI as Intel VROC will operate only in UEFI mode.

NOTE: SAS drives are not supported on the NVM Express SmartRAID SW RAID Support.

If OS installation has been completed and you do not see the Inter VROC in the Intel VROC  GUI then we recommend you to follow the steps mentions in the below user guide:-

If this still does not fix the problem then might require you to log a support ticket for further investigation.
