ML310e Gen8 v2 new to me- how do I install new HDD, OS, etc?

Came into possession of the above server; without HDD. I was contracted to destroy the 2 2TB drives in the box then was gifted to me. I know that HPE is extremely difficult in obtaining sw/fw/patches/updates etc. Prior to covid, I managed a casino IT dept and all systems...3 HP hosts running my VMW farm hadn't been touched in over 4 years.

Anyhooser, looking for guidance/plan/ISO/list/tech assist to help out re-purposing this box. I have HDD, OS dvds, etc. Please help!!!

I appreciate your help with this ticket. Reading and testing in the server I wasn't able to get it together. However  making progress. I'm still unclear on a few issues outstanding. The startnet command starts and runs.. fails at the end, the driver isn't working or it's been left out. The unattended.xml file calls the driver   I'll update you with the version numbers a bit later. Server 2016.. ,
