how do i enable the 4 ethernet ports for this server it seems that when i installed a proxmox on it ,it says all of it's port our down also why is that when i enabled the ilo shared it also disabled the ilo dedicated ports
sorry im still a newbie i really need alot of help

SolutionHi,
all the NIC's are enabled by default.
If you can't use them in proxmox I assume proxmox has not the right driver included for the NICs.
The iLO can use the dedicated iLO Physical Port (default) or switch to shared.
In shared mode, the iLO runs on top of NIC Port#1 and you can save 1 Cable.
My Customers always prefer a dedicated Port, but it is either ... or, not both

Or go to Support enter the Server Model and check for OS Drivers.
