ML350 g10 event 41 The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first
Hello i have a problem with one ML350 G10 server recentlly, it closes without any IML record been created or without any other warning on HP System Managemen Homepage. No Windows event has been created beside Event 41, "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
No power loss has been occured
So the question is how can we identify the cause of the problem??

Re: ML350 g10 event 41 The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first
Hi,
SMH is not supported on Gen10 servers.

Regarding IML, please update the iLO firmware and check.
How about operating system logs, like Event Logs in Windows, did you check that for reboot issues?
Also in some rare conditions, power supply firmware may be updated.
Thank You!
