hello, I have a ML350 G2 with a NC3163 in it. Im heaving trouble booting it in DOS. any tips???

Sheril,

Are you just trying to boot to a Dos boot disk? Can you boot to your Compaq SmartStart CD?

Try to remake a DOS bootdisk from http://www.bootdisk.com and make sure you don't just have a bad diskette.
