ML350 G3 - Intermittantly failing CPU's & reboot fixes unit temporary

ML350 G3, dual cpu would fail cpu's intermittantly, opening IE 5 or higher would assist bringing unit down. Unit runs latest firmware and PSP. Mainboard, CPU's, PPM, memory already replaced on 2 occations. Full hardware diagnostic's reveal hardware to be ok even when running for two days. Online diagnostics would not complete after 90%.

Windows 2000 Server with SP4, IE 6. RaidCard 6.41 with BBM. Raid 5 Configured for OS and DATA(36Gb 10K x 6). Client running customised apps. 6GB memory
